Terms of Use

1Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use PromptMaster on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial learning, in line with these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play from which you obtained the app.

2Educational content

PromptMaster teaches techniques for writing prompts for AI tools. The app does not connect to an AI tool and does not generate AI output. The results you get from any AI tool depend on that tool and can vary, so we cannot guarantee that a particular prompt will produce a particular result.

The lessons, examples, exercises, scores and templates are provided for learning purposes “as is”. Scores are feedback to help you learn, not a certification or an assessment of professional competence.

3Acceptable use

When using PromptMaster, you agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app or its content, except as allowed by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the app, except as allowed by law;
• interfere with the app, its ads or its purchase system, or use it to commit fraud (for example, by manipulating ad interactions);
• use the app in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

4Free version and ads

PromptMaster can be used for free. The free version shows ads between lessons, offers optional rewarded video ads and limits your hearts; hearts refill over time and can also be refilled with gems earned in the app. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Gems, hearts, XP, badges, streaks and league positions are features of the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.

5PromptMaster Premium subscriptions

PromptMaster Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and gives you unlimited hearts, unlimited review rounds and automatic streak protection. It is offered as a monthly and a yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the App Store, on Google Play and in the app before you buy.

• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends).
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free trial: the yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid yearly subscription. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription, where applicable.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds: payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can request a refund from Apple or Google as described on our Support page.
• Price changes: if the price of your subscription changes, Apple or Google will inform you in advance as required by their rules, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
• Restoring: if you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore purchases in the app to restore an active subscription linked to the same store account.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal under the law of your country.

6Intellectual property

The app and all of its content — including the lessons, exercises, templates, texts, the fox mascot, illustrations, design, logos and the PromptMaster name — belong to Tiki Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than the licence described above. The prompts you write in the app are yours.

7Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services, such as the App Store, Google Play, HUAWEI AppGallery, Google AdMob, Firebase, RevenueCat and HUAWEI In-App Purchases. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services, including any AI tools you choose to use with the techniques you learn.

8Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Because your progress is stored only on your device, it may be lost if you delete the app, reset your progress, or lose or replace your device, and we cannot recover it.

9Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for PromptMaster Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Remember that deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) remain in effect after termination.

11Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update the app and change, add or remove features and content. We may also update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If you keep using the app after the changes take effect, the updated Terms apply.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts where the law allows you to.

13Additional terms for iOS

If you downloaded PromptMaster from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies, to the extent it is not overridden by these Terms. These Terms are between you and Tiki Studios, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support, or for handling any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
